In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging short-form video content from longer videos and managing our presence across various social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess working video editing skills, a strong understanding of social media dynamics, and a passion for entrepreneurship and business growth.

Your Skills

• Deep understanding of engagement on social media platforms.
• Knowledge of video editing software like Premiere, After Effects, Opus.pro, or their equivalent.
• A knack for good content: hook, clarity, tension-building, and capitalizing on trending topics.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Graphic design capabilities are a plus.

A Typical Week

• Devise a social media strategy that increases audience engagement.
• Identify segments from existing content for creating shorter videos or any general repurposing.
• Maintain consistency in branding and messaging.
• Write or edit short descriptions for videos or social media posts.
• Publish videos to social media and manage platform-specific needs.
• Monitor social media performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video editing techniques, social media algorithms, and digital marketing strategies.
• Assist in other tasks and projects as needed to support the overall growth and success of Start Up With Feras.
